- As a customer with a web support account, you can access our self-help technical library, use our on-line support and access the training resources from our site anytime 24X7.
Step Two: Specify your product(s) of interest
- The best way to quickly personalize the site and tools with a focus on your products of your interest, click on the "My Products" button and choose your products from the list.
- By populating this page, you can:
- Use the "Include Only My Products" button found on each page. This will narrow your search results and return only solutions found for your products chosen in your "My Products" page
- Personalize the AspenTech Technical e-Bulletin which comes with your support web account. These monthly e-Bulletins proactively notify you about important technical support information, such as patches, product release announcements, technical tips, training opportunities and upcoming events.
